Blogger XML sitemap for submitting to search engines, Google web master tools and Bing webmaster
Google has updated Blogger recently with a new sitemap and robots.txt file. You can get the full blogger sitemap by checking the robots.txt file of your blog.
Example:
http://googleblog.blogspot.in/robots.txt
It can be seen that the new blogger full sitemap URL is:
http://googleblog.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?orderby=UPDATED
Since the new sitemap URL is in the robots.txt file, search engine will detect them automatically. However, you can submit this URL to Google Webmaster tools and Bing Webmaster since it is highly recommended.

PS:
- You can avail all these features even if you have a custom domain name for Blogger blog.
- If you are not getting the URL of above fashion in your robots.txt, that means you have modified your blog's robots.txt with custom rules. You can disable custom robots.txt easily. Go to your Blogger dashboard -> Settings –> Search Preferences, scroll down and then disable Custom robots.txt.
